Legal Provisions on Entities and Modes of Investment in Establishing Private Higher Education Institutions in Vietnam: Current Status and Policy Implications

Abstract

This study focuses on the systematic analysis of legal regulations concerning investment entities and investment methods for establishing private higher education institutions. Based on an assessment of the current situation, the authors propose solutions to improve legal regulations on investment entities and investment methods for establishing private higher education institutions. Policy implications include regulations on identifying investment entities for establishing private higher education institutions, regulations on the conditions for establishing private higher education institutions, and regulations on the investment methods of investors.
