Abstract

In the context of digital transformation and deep international economic integration, e-commerce is becoming a crucial growth driver for the Vietnamese economy. The rapid development of digital platforms not only creates opportunities to expand markets and improve business efficiency for enterprises, but also places increasingly stringent demands on corporate social responsibility (CSR). This article analyzes the shift in CSR within the digital economy, focusing on clarifying the role of ethical supply chains and product origin transparency as two core pillars for building trust and sustainable competitive advantages for e-commerce businesses in Vietnam.
