Abstract

This study explores the drivers of Circular Economy (CE) entrepreneurial intentions among Gen Z students in Vietnam using an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework, integrating two additional variables: In-depth CE Knowledge and Higher Education Support. Quantitative data from an online survey of students in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh
City, and Da Nang were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). These findings provide practical evidence suggesting that higher education should shift from general awareness to equipping students with technical competencies and fostering practical support ecosystems to effectively promote sustainable business models.
