Balance between Work and Life of Office Staff in Vietnam

Abstract

The increasing work pressure in the modern era has led many people into a state of work-life imbalance, causing health and mental problems. After surveying and obtaining over 300 reasonable samples, combined with direct consultation with two experts, the authors were able to identify the major factors directly influencing the work-life balance of office workers in Vietnam. Using results analysis to measure the speed of the relationships in the research model, we tested the research hypotheses. Through this, the authors evaluated the factors affecting work-life balance.
