Solutions to Promote Green Finance Towards the Net-Zero Target in Vietnam

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive overview of green finance and evaluates the current state of green finance initiatives aimed at achieving net-zero targets in selected countries and Vietnam. Based on the findings, the research team proposes several key solutions to promote green finance towards the net-zero goal, including: refining the legal framework and comprehensive policies related to green finance; strengthening financial support mechanisms; accelerating the energy transition; and enhancing management capacity.
