Abstract
This study investigates the impact of organizational resilience on employees’ work engagement in logistics enterprises in Vietnam, with the mediating role of psychological empowerment. Data from 197 employees were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that organizational resilience positively affects work engagement both directly and indirectly through psychological empowerment. The mediating role of psychological empowerment highlights its importance in transforming organizational resources into positive employee behaviors. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power. This study contributes to the literature by examining organizational-level resilience in the logistics sector and provides managerial implications for enhancing employee engagement in a dynamic and uncertain business environment.
