Developing High-quality Human Resources for Agricultural Sectors and Businesses in Nghe An Province

Abstract

Over the past 40 years of implementing the national renewal process under the socialist orientation (1986-2026), Vietnam's agricultural sector has consistently demonstrated its role as a pillar and a significant contributor to the country's socio-economic development. Along with the national agriculture sector, Nghe An's agriculture has also shown many encouraging signs of progress. Recognizing that the new context may bring many opportunities but also significant challenges, high-quality agricultural human resources play a crucial role and are a key factor in creating breakthroughs in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
