The issue of effectiveness of in-effect legal documents in Vietnam

Abstract

A legal document only have real value when it is applied in practice. However, such legal documents are only applicable when certain legal and practical conditions are met. This article analyses the validity of legal documents in both of these aspects, including the relationship between the actual effect and the legal effect of legal documents to understand correctly as well as to find solutions to overcome the limitations of the current law, aiming to facilitate uniform implementation, ensure the rule of law, and help bring the law into everyday life, meeting the requirements of building a socialist rule-of-law state.
