The independence of the State bank of Vietnam in the management of national monetary policies

Abstract

This article studies and evaluates legal provisions pertaining to the independence of the State Bank of Vietnam as well as its practical application in the agency's management of the country's national monetary policies. Based on the research results, this article proposes several solutions to improve the Law on State Bank and provisions governing the tasks and powers of the State Bank of Vietnam, ensuring that the State Bank of Vietnam can strengthen its independence in monetary policies management and its role as a government agency.
