The impact of artificial intelligence on United States patent law and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

Artificial intelligence, as a modern technology, is not only a trend of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution but also a factor influencing traditional legal relations - patent law is of no exception. This article assesses key factors in patent law that are affected by artificial intelligence and draws on the regulatory experience of the United States to propose some policy recommendations for Vietnam.
