Improving legal provisions on controlling the power of the state in Vietnam nowadays
Abstract
Controlling the power of the state is a basic and key issue for countries in building and improving their rule of law government. Good control of power will contribute to ensuring effective state management in all fields and preventing abuse of power. In Vietnam, the issue of controlling state power is of special concern to the Party and state. Legal provisions on controlling power have been formed and are increasingly improved, contributing to creating a legal corridor for controlling state power. The article studies a number of theoretical issues about the need to control state power by law; analyses the concept and meaning of improving the law on controlling power and the criteria for evaluating the law; and assesses the current state of legal provisions, thereby proposing some basal solutions to improve the law on state power control in Vietnam nowadays.
