The use of electronic devices in notarisation activities of some countries in the world and recommendations for Vietnam

Abstract
In the context of digital transformation, electronic means are being utilised across various fields such as education, healthcare, science and technology, and notarisation. Many countries, notably China, South Korea, and the United States, have transitioned from using traditional methods toward the use of electronic means in their notarial activities. This shift offers significant benefits in terms of flexibility, convenience, time and cost savings, while ensuring that national governance is conducted in a modern, scientific, and efficient manner. This article analyses and evaluates the use of electronic means in notarial activities in Korea, China, and the United States and makes some recommendations for Vietnam.
