Abstract
Improving the legal framework for handling violations related to the exit and entry activities of Vietnamese citizens is of great significance in ensuring the strictness, effectiveness, and efficiency of law enforcement in this field. However, practical implementation of the current legal provisions reveals certain difficulties and obstacles that directly impact the process of addressing such violations. This article analyses and identifies specific challenges in the legal framework for handling exit and entry violations by Vietnamese citizens and proposes recommendations for improvement.
