The concept of circular economy and the basics on circular economy mechanism and policy

Abstract

Circular economy is not a new concept, but it is being studied and established in the new conditions with the goal of selecting its superior points. This paper explores the basic contents of circular economy and the concepts of mechanisms and policies for circular economy from different perspectives and in the new conditions of the modern socio-economy, thereby commenting on the mechanisms and policies to build a circular economic model in Vietnam in the new conditions. The paper addresses the following issues: 1) Introducing the concepts of circular economy that have been analysed and researched and the concept of circular economy in new conditions; 2) Analysing the concepts of mechanisms, policies and basic structures of circular economy in new conditions; 3) Providing some legal suggestions for the establishment and development of a circular economy in Vietnam in new conditions from the determined content on mechanisms and policies.
