Formatting techniques in the crimes section of the Penal Code – The status quo and recommendations

Abstract

The article analyses the limitations of the techniques used in formatting the Crimes Section of the 2015 Penal Code. These include the layout of chapters, sections, articles, clauses, items and the expression and use of language in the Crimes Section of the Penal Code. On that basis, the article proposes solutions to improve the Crimes Section of the 2015 Penal Code, contributing to facilitating the correct understanding and application of the Code, and, at the same time, creating a basis for a strong legal framework to effectively fight against crime in Vietnam nowadays.
