Improving the law on international cooperation in criminal asset recovery in the context of international integration

Abstract

With the trend of continuing to implement judicial reform, institutionalising the Party and State's guiding views on international cooperation in criminal proceedings, especially cooperation in criminal asset recovery, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the State and citizens, this article studies the laws on Vietnam’s international cooperation in criminal asset recovery, thereby providing a practical basis and establishing a direction to improve the law on international cooperation in criminal asset recovery to meet the requirements of international integration.
