Abstract
Under the leadership of the Vietnam Communist Party, the Vietnam People's Army— the heroic army of the heroic Vietnamese people—has continuously been growing and maturing. This article addresses the needs, viewpoints, and solutions to continue building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Vietnam People's Army to ensure its performance in protecting the Fatherland early and from afar in the new situation.
