This article analyses the Canadian provincial governmental framework, focusing on the organisation structure, legal standing, functions, powers, and inter-agency relations of the Canadian provincial government. The diversity of Canada’s provincial political systems reflects the country's cultural and geographic diversity. Each province and territory has its own unique characteristics, and understanding the structure and function of provincial governments is essential to fully grasping Canada's complex but effective political system.
