NEW PROVISIONS ON OTHER CRIMES INFRINGING UPON THE PUBLIC SAFETY UNDER THE 2015 CRIMINAL CODE

Abstract

The paper clarifies new provisions on other crimes infringing upon the public safety (from Article 295 to Article 317) under the 2015 Criminal Code and offers some suggestions of how to further improve the provisions on those crimes.
