LEGAL POLICY ON MANAGEMENT OVER FOREIGN WORKERS IN VIETNAM AT PRESENT

Abstract

The paper analyses and clarifies the current situation of  foreign workers and law regulation of management over foreign workers in Vietnam at present. Based on the agreed viewpoints and objectives of the legal policy on management over foreign workers, the author suggests some directions for improving the law on management over foreign workers in Vietnam.
