ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE INVESTMENT LAW OF VIETNAM WITH THE EU-VIETNAM FREE TRADE AGREEMENT

Abstract

As to the requirements of researching, reviewing and improving the legal system in general and the investment law in particular in order to improve the legal corridor for the accession to the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement, the paper assesses the compatibility of the investment law of Vietnam with the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement and based on that offers some proposals to enhance the effectiveness of implementing the investment law in Vietnam at present.
