LEGAL ISSUES AND PRACTICE OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION AGREEMENTS ON TRADE IN SERVICES OF ASEAN

Abstract

The paper analyses the main contents of the concluded mutual recognition agreements on trade in services of ASEAN and clarifies the steps for recognition and differences in ways and levels of the recognition under these agreements. Also, the paper overally evaluates the implementation of the mutual recognition agreements on trade in services in ASEAN countries, points out the difficulties and limitationsarising in the course of implementationand offers solutions for enhancing the efficience of implementing the mutual recognition agreements ontrade in services of ASEAN.
