The relationship between democracy and law under Ho Chi Minh’s ideology from the perspective of philosophy
Abstract
The article, with an approach from the perspective of political philosophy, clarifies the relationship between democracy and the law; the nature, content and the power of this relationship in the state of the people, by the people and for the people in accordance with Ho Chi Minh’s ideology; thereby it clarifies the interaction between democracy and the law in which democracy defines the purpose, requirements and principles of law-making, meanwhile the law is the ground for the implementation and promotion of democracy; the role of law in ensuring and protecting democracy in terms of social order and human rights, in fighting extreme manifestations of democracy, forms and acts of abusing democracy for violating political security, social order and people’s right to mastery under Ho Chi Minh’s ideology.
