One of the most important fucntions of the prison is to legally manage the prisoners and ensure the effectiveness without prisoner escaping, anti-state activities or new offences... The article analyzes new points in the prisoner management under the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgment 2019.It also  proposes some recommendations to implement as well as to reform thereof provisions
