The role of good governance in the Socialist rule of law state in Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes the close relationship between good governance and the rule of law, pointing out the necessity of reforming state governance in building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam. According to the author, it is necessary to continue to improve the policy and legal framework to effectively innovate and implement all the principles of good governance in parallel, supplement and coordinate with the implementation of tasks and solutions for building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period which has just been determined in the Resolution No.27-NQ/TW dated 09 November, 2022 adopted by the Sixth Conference of the 13th Central Committee of the Party.
