Abstract
Having land use right to carry out production and business activities remains a top concern for enterprises because it is the fundamental legal condition for them to realize their investment ideas and goals. However, in reality, inappropriate provisions concerning land is one significant barrier to enterprises' ability to access land. The article aims to comment on amending, supplementing and improving the provisions on land access for enterprises in production and business activities prescribed in the Draft of the Land Law (amended).
