Provisions on rights of economic organizations using land and transfer of land use right together with the transfer of projects on construction of houses in the Draft of the Land Law (amended)

Abstract

The article researches and comments on some provisions on rights and obligations of economic organizations using land in the parallel relationship between the Draft of the Land Law (amended), the Draft of the Housing Law (amended) and the Draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended) to point out inconsistent, not specific or unreasonable issues. On that basis, the article provides recommendations to improve the content of a number of provisions on rights and obligations of economic organizations using land, contribute to improving the quality of the revised Draft of the Land Law.
