Abstract
The article analyzes and compares the training program for civil judgment enforcement resources in Europe, of which the French Republic and the Kingdom of Belgium are typical and the training program on judgment enforcement, the profession of bailiff of Vietnam Judicial Academy, therefore provides experience lesson for a law training program, majoring in Civil Judgment Law at Hanoi Law University.
