Recommendations for improvement on the provisions of land in industrial zones under the Draft of the Land law (amended)

Abstract

This article analyses the limitations of the 2013 Land Law and the Draft of the Land Law (amended) in relation to provisions on land in industrial zones, including rights and obligations of land users in industrial zones, allocating land without collecting land use fees for housing construction for employees, land resumption of delayed progress projects, thereby pointing out the outstanding limitations in the provisions of the Draft of the Land Law (amended) and proposing recommendations for improvement.
