Resolving disputes involving assets seized for civil judgement enforcement via courts

Abstract
One of the responsibilities of courts, according to civil proceedings, is to determine the portion of property rights in general and land use rights in particular within the debtor’s joint properties. However, in practice, there are still some hindrances and deficiencies. The article provides some recommendations on determining which procedure is to be used and on the right of executors to request courts to determine the debtor’s property ownership and land use rights within their joint properties.
