Abstract
Criminal liability and punishment always go hand in hand, representing the relationship between the general and the particular in our state’s criminal policy. Pioneering scholars around the world have conducted many studies in different directions to form theories that serve as the basis for the construction of laws on criminal liability and penalties for legal entities. This article discusses the theoretical basis worldwide for providing criminal liability and penalties for legal entities.
