Criminal liability of commercial legal entities: from inconsitent comprehension to inconsistencies in the legal provisions of the Penal Code

Abstract

The paper offers an analysis of the inconsistencies in the legal provisions of the Penal Code on criminal liability of commercial legal entities caused by inconsistent comprehension of the nature of prescribing criminal liability to those subjects and makes some recommendations to overcome these inconsistencies.
