Inter-disciplinary research method and its application in legal research

Abstract

By analysing and clarifying the concept of the inter-disciplinary research method and its application in legal research, this article discusses how to apply this research method in legal research and makes recommendations for legal researchers: (1) Study the inter-disciplinary method; (2) Select interdisciplinary legal topics for researching; (3) Increase the content of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge in arguments, analysis, and comments on the research topics; (4) Expand the overview section to scientific works that use interdisciplinary approaches.
