Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the provisions of Chapter VII "Compensation, support and resettlement when the State expropriates land" of the Draft of the Land Law (amended) to identify unclear points, general provisions or to detect contradictions between provisions in a provision or between provisions, etc. On that basis, the article provides suggestions for amending and supplementing the provisions of this Chapter to overcome limitations and shortcomings, contributing to the improvement of the quality of the Draft Law.
