Overview on personal data mining and personal data mining in notary activities in Vietnam

Abstract

Personal data mining is essential in various professions, including the notary sector. A well-regulated and thorough research of personal data mining will lead to the promotion of transaction safety, the development of the economy, and the improvement of the efficiency of the professional activities of various subjects while ensuring the data security of the data subject. This article provides an overview of data mining and analyses the needs and legal practises for the mining of personal data in the field of notarisation. This article will also identify a number of causes, limitations, and shortcomings, and propose solutions to improve the law and the effectiveness of its implementation in personal data mining.
