Abstract

After nearly 40 years of renovation, the awareness of the Party’s social policies has made a big step forward in the process of developing a socialist-oriented market economy, creating a clear change in awareness in the political system and all classes of people. The effective implementation of social policies has contributed to and bringing confidence satisfaction to the people. Entering the new era of growth, the era of the Vietnamese national growth, continuing to strive to build a socialist Vietnam with a rich people, democracy, fairness, and civilization; all people have a prosperous and happy life, contributing more and more to the peace, stability, development of the world, the happiness of humanity and global civilization.
