Abstract

Throughout the process of leading the revolution, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always attached importance to strengthening and consolidating the close relationship between the Party and the people, relying on the people to build the Party. The Party has affirmed that trust, close attachment to the people and the support of the people are the source of the Party’s strength, the source of victory, and the Party’s precious assets. Close attachment to the people, relying on the people to build the Party is the nature and tradition, valuable experience, becoming the Party’s organizational and operational principles. This is the key to build a clean and strong ruling Party, a Party of the people, by the people, and for the people.
