The Relationship between building socialism and building socialist people in Vietnam - Theory and issues raised

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of building socialism in building socialist people as well as the role of building socialist people in building socialism. At the same time, it raises four issues: New awareness of building socialism; New awareness of building socialist people; Developing high-quality human resources who know how to innovate, create, and apply scientific and technological achievements to production and digital transformation; Promoting propaganda and education on the dialectical relationship between building socialism and building socialist people.
