Abstract

Over the past 95 years, since its founding (February 3, 1930), the Communist Party of Vietnam has led the Vietnamese revolution to achieve great, glorious and proud achievements: The August Revolution in 1945 was victorious, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, opening a new era - the era of independence, freedom, and socialism; the victory of the resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, completing the people national democratic revolution, leading the whole country to socialism, carrying out the cause of innovation and international integration, achieving great achievements of historical significance, converging solid conditions and premises to firmly enter a new phase of development - the era of national development.
