Abstract

In the new revolutionary period, the period when the nation is rising up, we must cultivate, educate, and form individuals who know how to inherit and promote the nation’s good traditional values, know how to turn the patriotism in the fighting spirit of our ancestors into strength in building peace, have high scientific and technological level, have the ability to adapt quickly, with the will and determination to successfully build a democratic, free, and fair society, a strong country, and happy people; people with personality, rich in tolerance, honesty, thrift, morality, affectionate, law-abiding, appreciative of beauty, and living in harmony with nature. Such people must be both the driving force and the goal of development.
