The Military Party Committee led the implementation of policies towards cadres (2010-2020)

Abstract

Policies for military cadres are a system of viewpoints, guidelines of the Party, regimes, regulations of the State and activities to ensure care for the material and spiritual life of cadres in the Army; is an important content that directly contributes to building a strong army cadre team, serving as the core for the cause of building the Army, strengthening national defense, and protecting the Fatherland. Clearly aware of that position and role, in the years 2010-2020, the Party Committee of the Army has proposed policies and directed the implementation of policies for cadres and achieved many outstanding achievements. Thereby, leaving valuable experiences that are valuable for application in current practice.
