Abstract

Analyzing the rise of the nation, approaching from a historical perspective, from tradition to the Ho Chi Minh era, linking theory with practice. The history of thousands of years of struggle to build and defend the country of the Vietnamese people, especially since the Party lead the people in revolution, resistance and building socialism, is the history of the nation’s rise, rising, progressing from one victory to another. Nearly 40 years of renovation under the leadership of the Party is a strong testament to the rise, rising and strong development of the Vietnamese people
