The Party’s guideline and the formation of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam

Abstract

Since its inception, the Communist Party of Vietnam has advocated the establishment of a national front to unite all classes of people, creating great strength in the cause of national liberation. During the resistance war against the American imperialism for national salvation, from revolutionary practice, the Party advocated the establishment of a separate front in South Vietnam to gather and promote the strength of national unity bloc. The article focuses on presenting the Party’s guideline on the establishment of a national united front in South Vietnam and the establishment of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, which greatly contributed to the victory of the resistance war against American imperialism, liberated the South, and unified the country.
