Abstract

During the resistance war against French colonial invasion (1945-1954), the Party Central Committee and President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to the training of military cadres to serve the requirements and tasks of the revolution. Under the leadership of the Party and the General Military Commission, the military training work not only created an outstanding contingent of military and political officers, but also directly contributed to the source for building a team of leaders and commanders. The success significantly contributed to the overall victory of the resistance war against the French colonialists. The training of military cadres (1945-1954) left many valuable lessons, valuable for reference and application in the current period.
