Abstract

The article analyzes Ho Chi Minh’s vision, wisdom, and political mettle in realizing the failure of feudal ideology and bourgeois ideology in the historical task of national liberation. That was the failures of ideology, direction, organization, and revolutionary method. Ho Chi Minh soon recognized the superiority of the Russian October Revolution in 1917 and the scientific, revolutionary nature of Marxism-Leninism, and decided to carry out the cause of national liberation of Vietnam along the path of proletarian revolution. After the period of “finding the way” (1911-1920), affirming the national liberation along the path of proletarian revolution, he completed the mission of “opening the way” (1921-1930), bringing Marxism-Leninism to Vietnam, founding the Communist Party of Vietnam to lead the entire people to fight for independence and freedom.
