Building a contingent of public security intellectuals to meet the requirements of working in today’s international environment

Abstract

The current contingent of intellectuals within the People’s Public Security forces has made significant contributions to the cause of building and defendingse the Fatherland. From the tasks set out in the international environment with many rapid and complex changes, the requirements for the intellectuals in the People’s Public Security are: they must seize opportunities and recognize challenges, strive for comprehensive self-improvement, possess sufficient abilities and qualifications, and be ready to accomplish assigned tasks effectively in order to build the People’s Public Security Force into a truly clean, strong, revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern force, contributing to the successful construction of a prosperous, powerful, and happy socialist Vietnam.
