Abstract
Ho Chi Minh’s thought on the state have always been a topic of urgent theoretical and practical significance. Up to now, many scientists and many works have been published on this topic. However, there are still many issues that have not been clarified, have not been studied deeply, and there are still many gaps. The article contributes a perspective on Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts the state through the model of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, more specifically expressed in the 1946 Constitution. From there, it implies proposing methodological values for the reform of the political system apparatus.
