Advancements in the Party’s perspective on anti-corruption, waste prevention, and misconduct over nearly 40 years of national renovation

Abstract

Over nearly four decades (1986-2025) of national renovation and deepening international integration, alongside socio-economic development, Vietnam’s anti-corruption, waste prevention, and misconduct efforts have remained a priority under the Party’s leadership. The Party has continuously refined its awareness, perspectives, and implementation strategies in this domain, from early warnings to the establishment of preventive mechanisms, rigorous enforcement, and decisive actions. The evolving stance reflects a firm, consistent, and resolute commitment to fostering a clean and strong Party and political system, ensuring sustainable national development.
