Abstract

Under the leadership of the Party, the streamlining of the organizational apparatus of the political system has unfolded as an inevitable and rational process. It reflects the capacity, wisdom, determination, and high sense of responsibility of the entire Party, people, and army, aiming to ensure the comprehensive, consistent, and sustainable development of the political system. This, in turn, meets the requirements of national building and defense in the new era. The article contributes to clarifying theoretical and practical foundations, affirming the correctness and creativity of the Party’s policy on the “streamlining reform of the organizational apparatus” of the political system, while also criticizing misguided viewpoints and misconceptions on this issue.
