Developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam

Abstract

   High-quality human resources play a particularly crucial role in the development of every country, especially for Vietnam, which is undergoing industrialization and modernization amid the Fourth industrial revolution and digital transformation. The Party has identified this as one of the three strategic breakthroughs to achieve the goal of becoming a developed country. Based on an analysis of the characteristics, roles, and current situation of human resources in contemporary Vietnam, this article proposes solutions for developing high-quality human resources to meet national industrialization
and modernization requirements.
